Miley Cyrus headed back to her Philadelphia hotel with fiancé Liam Hemsworth last night. She wore a bright blue jumpsuit that showed off her side tattoo for the dinner date, which ended with a group of fans waiting to greet the couple inside their hotel lobby. Miley and Liam stopped to take pictures with the young girls before continuing up to their room. The duo are in Pennsylvania while Liam films the thriller Paranoia, though they've had plenty of time to spend together so far. Miley and Liam grabbed lunch at The Capital Grille together back in LA yesterday, while Liam's brother Chris was doing the same. Chris and wife Elsa Pataky shared a meal at Shutters in Santa Monica to celebrate Elsa's 36th birthday.
